Epoxy Flake & Polyaspartic Floor Coating in Fenton

The Challenge / Problem

The customer reached out because they wanted the garage and the new screened-in patio flooring to feel more finished and upgraded. The key requirement was a coating system that would bond properly to concrete and deliver a durable surface for everyday use.

The Solution / Approach

We proposed an epoxy flake floor system with vinyl flakes and a polyaspartic topcoat to provide:

  • Topcoat and finish - We returned the next day to apply the polyaspartic topcoat, sealing the system and delivering a smooth, finished surface.
