Garage Remodel with Epoxy Floor & Custom Cabinets in Fenton

The Challenge / Problem

The customer reached out while their home was being built because they wanted the garage fully remodeled at the same time, instead of moving into a space that felt unfinished. Their main need was a complete, functional garage setup with long-lasting flooring and smart storage so the garage could be used immediately for parking, projects, and organization.

The Solution / Approach

To meet the goal of a move-in-ready, highly organized garage, we proposed a full garage remodeling package that included:

  • Epoxy flooring for a durable, polished surface that cleans easily and holds up to daily use
  • Custom cabinetry for enclosed storage and a clean, finished look
  • A dedicated workbench area for projects, tools, and household tasks
  • Slatwall panels to create flexible wall storage for tools and frequently used items
  • Bike racks and overhead storage racks to take advantage of wall and ceiling space and reduce clutter

Results / Outcome

We completed the remodel in a step-by-step sequence to ensure proper installation and long-term performance:

Epoxy Flooring (Start)

We began with the epoxy floor so the coating system could be installed correctly and allowed to cure before adding heavy components.

Cabinetry, Workbench, and Slatwall (Mid-Project)

After the floor was ready, we installed the custom cabinetry and workbench to establish the main storage and workspace zone. We then installed the slatwall system to provide adjustable, easy-access organization.

Overhead Storage and Bike Racks (Finish)

To complete the project, we installed two overhead storage racks and bike racks to maximize vertical storage and keep floor space open and usable.
