Keeping Their Dog’s Home in Style

Anyone familiar with St. Louis weather knows these are the dog days of summer – staggering heat, smothering humidity, school on the horizon.

But for the dogs in one St. Louis family, the dog days are spent in their newly remodeled garage.

How did we do it?

After we tore out gross, old cabinets and nasty drywall, fresh sheetrock and a coat of paint brightens the space. To combat the relentless dog claws, we mounted stainless steel treadplate panels to the lower portion of the walls. A fresh layer of polyaspartic/epoxy floor coating masks the stained concrete. Custom cherry finish garage cabinets line the back wall, complete with cutout space for two dog kennels. StoreWALL slat wall panels in Rustic Cedar provide additional storage options. Shadow and Lucky love their new digs!
