The routine is boring, which is why it works.
Dust mop daily and deal with spills when they happen. That sounds trivial until you understand what actually wears a commercial floor. It is not the traffic, it is the grit the traffic drags across it. Sand and metal chips under a wheel are sandpaper. Sweep them up and the topcoat lasts years longer.
For the real clean, run an auto scrubber with a neutral cleaner. That lifts road film, oil, and the fine grit a dust mop leaves behind. Stay away from harsh powders and high alkaline strippers. They dull the topcoat, and once the gloss is gone you do not get it back without recoating.
Mats do more than they look like they do. At the doors they catch what comes in on tires and boots. Under parked equipment they catch the slow drip nobody notices until it has stained through.
