Leitner Family Garage Remodel Project

The Leitner family’s Fenton garage went from bare concrete and mismatched storage to a fully coordinated space: a decorative flake epoxy floor, custom cabinets, and overhead storage installed by our St. Louis crew over the course of the project. Like every Garage Designs remodel, the floor started with diamond grinding and crack repair before any coating went down, which is what keeps a decorative flake finish looking good for years instead of chipping at the seams. The full remodel combined multiple services into one coordinated project, with a single point of contact and one warranty covering the whole job instead of juggling separate contractors for flooring, cabinets, and storage.
